Characteristics of normal spunbonded polyester media are high strength, long service life, resistance to high filtration velocity, low price, but low filtration precision, etc. This product could be applied in dust removing that is large diameter, dry, low viscosity, and high emission concentration. Flat bonded media, which extra effective filtration area is 20% higher than point bonded media, has no bonded point; what’s more, the strength of flat bonded type is much more higher than point bonded type, and the media can be used as excellent basic filter media.
Wood pulp fiber paper has the characteristics of large filtering area, low working resistance and low price, but the service life is relatively short. It is suitable for use under conditions where the dust concentration is not large and relatively dry.
Aluminum coated media is coated with a layer of conductive aluminum to make it being anti-static and anti-explosion. in addition, we can add oil, water, dirt repellent treatment on the material according to actual situation. This series are not applicable for environments of acid, alkaline, and high humidity.
The series of filter materials distribute the nano-scale conductive carbon black uniformly on the fibers of the filter material by the impregnating process, so that the resistance becomes very small, thereby becoming a semiconductor and functioning as an anti-static explosion-proof.This series has excellent chemical stability (good resistance to acid, alkaline, humidity, or can be used for high-temperature media).
This series are done with oil, water, dirt repellent treatment on normal polyester spunbonded nonwovens, it makes media with no viscosity during pulse cleaning; therefore, dusts are easier to release from the filters, especially good for environment with high humidity ( applicable for environments of large diameter dusts which is easy to absorb humidity or high humidity).
This series is treated with flame retardant on wood pulp paper or polyester spunbonded nonwovens, it reduces burning speed of media and risk of fire. If the filter cartridges filter flammable dusts, there will still be risk of fire.
This series are laminated with a layer of 0.3 µm Nano super fine fibers through electrospinning. It is a surface filtration media type, resistance has almost no change after lamination of Nano fibers, but greatly increase precision of filtration. It has characteristics of lower cost, high precision, excellent permeability, etc. Applicable for higher requirement of emission, smaller dust environments, also applicable for conditions with certain volume of oil, smoke, gas; such as welding fume treatment, gas turbine, compressed air station, shot blasting, etc.
This series are surface treated media which has characteristics of extremely high filtration precision, long service life, good permeability, easier dusts cleaning, etc. It can add various functional treatments according actual application conditions. It is mainly used for all kinds of toxic and harmful ultra-fine dust and flue gas treatment, but it should be used with caution in oily smoke.
This series uses aramid and polyphenylene sulfide needle felt (PPS) as the substrate,treated with high-temperature stiff coating and PTFE membrane.

①Air Permeability was tested at △P=200Pa.
②Filtration Precision, this data refers to the minimum grade of particle size that can be effectively blocked before the initial "dustcake" is established. In the practical using processes, we can improve the filtration precision by using correct filtration velocity, and establishing stable initial "dustcake", etc.
③3.Filtration Efficiency was tested by using 8-12 micron 325 mesh talcum powder as test dust with the filtration speed ≤ 1.2m/ min and the concentration of dust (4±0.5)g/m3 ; after more than 5 times cleaning process, filter media makes a good effect on the ratio of filter effectively blocking dust and the total quantity of dust. ④Filtration Precision Level is tested at the beginning of using, by ASHARE52.2 in USA or EN779 in Europe.
